    Optional offerings

  • Bring a Witch to Camp!

Every year we run an auction where members of our community donate to a fund to help bring a witch to camp. Last year at our Brigid camp we raised $6,000!

We particularly encourage Indigenous people; People of Colour; activists; and those who have little or unstable income who may struggle with food, housing, and health to apply for the scholarships you may need to attend Camp.

We provide a subsidy to a number of people who are in need of the extra help. We can provide up to half of the ticket price.

  • Payment Plans

This year we are offering a special deal at $75 for 13 fortnights through a PayPal subscription until November 30. With this deal campers get a free t-shirt and tote bag.

Visit our Camp Subscription page located in the Camp Information menu for more information about this deal.

We are happy to accommodate a different kind of payment plan if you need to access the sliding scale or would like to organise a plan outside of PayPal.

  • What do we budget for?

Your accommodation and food ($385 each)

The camp also has some fixed costs to make it run. The total budgeted amount for these costs this year is $25,975 which is split across the tickets. This is broken down as follows:

4 full teachers, including our international teacher. This includes flights, and payments, and camp costs. ($11,790)

Camp costs for 5 orgs, 4 student teachers, Bower anchor(s) and Art anchor(s). These are volunteer positions that receive a free ticket to Camp. ($4,235)

Camp preparation including dedicated time, food, and accommodation to craft our paths and rituals. ($3,700)

Various Administration costs and fees including Outreach (MailChimp, posters, advertising etc), Insurance, Incorporate Association fee. ($5,000)

Path supplies, Camp supplies, and First aid. ($1,250)
