REGISTRATIONS FOR CLOUDCATCHER WITCHCAMP 2025 ARE NOW OPEN!

Witches!

We are very excited to announce that Registrations for this year’s CloudCatcher WitchCamp are now open!  We look forward to seeing your lovely faces atop our beloved mountain!

Here are all the details you’ll need to know so you can successfully register for our Camp.

DATES

Campers will arrive up the mountain on Thursday 17th of April, and depart Monday the 21st of April.

LOCATION

CloudCatcher is held each year on Yugembah country, in Springbrook, QLD.

PRICING

This year we have decided to offer tickets to the 2025 CloudCatcher on a sliding scale. We also have a separate price for Witchlets. Please consider your current financial situation and give what you can.

The Price categories are:

• Sliding scale $750 - $1000

• Young Witches/Witches (5-17 years old) - $650

Registrations will close and total payments will be due one week before the commencement of Camp (i.e. on 10th of April)

We strive to make our public rituals accessible…

As always, we can offer payment plans and are offering a number of scholarships to ensure that as many witches as possible are able to come to Camp. We are offering full scholarships for those who need it, as well as partial scholarships which are a discount of $100 or more.

If you want to apply for a scholarship, please complete a registration form and follow the instructions there. You will need to send us an email with information relevant to your application. This could include your connection to the year's theme and story, offerings you currently make to community, if you are a new or long term Cloudcatcher Camper, and if you are a member of any groups we are particularly encouraging to apply. We particularly encourage Indigenous people; People of Colour; activists; and those who have little or unstable income who may struggle with food, housing, and health to apply for the scholarships you may need to attend Camp. Accessibility

We strive to operate in a way that supports campers’ participation to the best of their personal abilities. Access requirements such as a quiet area, need to sit out a particular activity, being unable to stand long periods, fidgets, assistance moving equipment and dietary needs can and have in the past been supported. If you have any concerns about your ability to access and participate in the Camp environment, please email our Registration Witch, Hazel, at ccwcorgs@gmail.com.

Due to the climate in our venue location, Campers with sensitivity to mold have struggled at times in the past, if you have relevant sensitivities, please be aware before registering and bring any appropriate medication with you to Camp.
